Picture of Michelle Witte

My name is Michelle Witte, and I am a psychotherapist who brings both professional training and personal understanding to my work. As someone who has ADHD, I deeply understand the unique challenges—and the extraordinary strengths—of living and working with a brain that doesn’t always fit the mold of our neurotypical world.Throughout my life and career, I have navigated the ups and downs of being a professional with ADHD. I have firsthand experience with the frustration, overwhelm, and self-doubt that can arise in environments that don’t recognize or value neurodiversity. Yet, in my journey, I’ve also discovered powerful strategies and approaches that have helped me embrace my authentic self and thrive both personally and professionally. My practice is built on compassion, empathy, and a belief in the resilience and creativity of every individual. I am passionate about sharing what I’ve learned—practical tools, mindset shifts, and self-acceptance techniques—to support others as they find ways to love their unique ADHD brains and flourish in a world that often asks us to be something we’re not.If you are seeking a therapist who truly “gets it,” and who is committed to walking alongside you with insight, encouragement, and understanding, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
