About Michelle
Registered Psychotherapist, MA, RP(Q), ACT
Hi, I'm Michelle Witte.
I am a registered psychotherapist who is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy. I use this model to help people challenge their negative thoughts, and to become mindful of how those thoughts influence their emotions and cause them to engage in unhealthy behaviours.
I have experience supporting clients and couples with issues surrounding anxiety, depression, ADHD, communication, and both self-love and self-compassion.
I have a virtual practice where I support my clients through videoconferencing or phone; this allows me to work with clients from anywhere in Ontario.
I am also currently seeing clients in person at Pursuit Health clinic in Orangeville.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is the gold standard for helping clients who deal with anxiety and depression. I also use CBT techniques to help adults dealing with ADHD manage their symptoms.
